B.O.W.

The following pictures were taken during the Alaska B.O.W. at Lost Lake from August 19-21, 2005. The group that gathered for this adventurous weekend was phenomenal. Please join us at the next Alaska B.O.W. (Becoming an Outdoors Woman) Workshop in March, or be sure to find one to attend in your state or province. Activities and opportunities vary from workshop to workshop, but you can be guaranteed a great time, good food, motivating classes, and exceptional friendships at all B.O.W.'s.

Talk about BRAVE! Liz was the first person to go down the tubing slope...in the dark...not knowing where she'd stop, if the lake had any open water, if there was even a bottom....yipppeeeee.........
